Chad enjoys walking out his faith and raising four wonderful children with his amazing wife Melissa. Gabby is 21 years old and a senior at CU Boulder excelling in integrated physiology. Kyle is 14, loves to learn and plays baseball for the Scottsdale Dirtbags. Maddison Grace is 12 and loves being the little princess. Matthew is 9 and plays baseball for the Scottsdale Dirtbags. Melissa is the glue that keeps the Winegar family full of love and thriving, and a beautiful wife to her knucklehead husband.

Mike enjoys disconnecting from technology and connecting with nature. On the water is where he finds his peace. Fishing has always been a passion of his. Family and Faith keep him grounded and centered. Mike takes pride in his work ethic and ability to adapt and overcome onerous circumstances.

Paul has been welding for over a decade. Starting in the production welding industry to fabricating structural steel according to industry standards. His interest in the field was nurtured by his Grandfather who was a boiler maker in his time. Paul was raised by his grandfather and was around welding at a very young age. Outside of work he enjoys going to different festivals with his beautiful fiancé Crystal and exploring music, foods, fashions and lifestyles of different cultures.

Leah loves to get outdoors and move when she’s not in the office. Roller skating after work, a bike ride to the park or a hike in the mountains with her family keep her heart young and full of joy. Leah’s husband Kelcey is on active duty with the Army in Washington DC, but she loves and supports him from afar. When he comes home on leave, they attend sporting events for their two kids, Kylie and Devin, and soak up time together as a family. Leah brings the same energy to the office that she has outside of it and enjoys the varied projects and fast pace of working for Valor.
